Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Proactively reach out to clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
- Help protect customers by referring additional insurance products that will meet their needs.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and enhance service offerings.
- Create and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase client loyalty.
- Conduct semi-annual reviews for insureds in renewal period.
Job Qualifications
- Previous insurance experience preferred.
- Personal lines Or Property & Casualty Insurance License Required within 30 days of employment. License Training provided for the right applicant.
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, sales, or client retention roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in other languages (preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
