Pay: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- Hire, coach and develop the best candidates for teachers and staff positions, improving the school’s operations and education functions with each new hire.
- Create a positive and rewarding culture that is focused on flawless execution
- Plan and lead new marketing initiatives (parent meetings, family/community activities, open houses, monthly newsletter)
- Actively work with prospective customers, provide detailed information about school curriculum, philosophy, mission, core values, programs, and procedures and help build enrollments.
- Actively develop and maintain positive parents and community relations
- Effectively operate and manage all aspects of a child care facility
- Maintain a safe, clean, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Conduct emergency drills, such as fire, tornado, and intruder drills, in accordance with Celebree standards and state licensing requirements
- Review the employee handbook annually
- Maintain accurate records for the school, including financial and operational activities (children and family files, billing, inquiries, purchases, and expenses)
- Oversee the physical condition of the building and contents
- Assume major responsibility for staff scheduling, payroll, labor budget, and staff files
- Regularly monitor and improve the quality of procedures and operations
- Maintain Celebree School Brand Standards
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all State licensing authorities
- Ensure that the school complies with all Federal, State, Local and Center requirements, and laws
- Actively manage the process for accreditation and maintain quality standards and procedures
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education, elementary education, or child development and management experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool.
- Licensed Child Care Administrator: 5+ years (must have)
- 5 plus years of experience as a director in a licensed, high-quality preschool Child Care center teaching experience
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
- Must meet all requirements stipulated by the state of PA for this position

Pay: $63,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
