- Manage service calls that come in from customers and either work to correct the issues or schedule an available technician to complete the job or project
- Work with technicians on daily schedule, manage and forecast long term schedule with sales and technical staff.
- Help to manage office, administrative, or other workers to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
- A back ground/understanding of the IT/Telecommunication industry is a plus.
- Document service order and other company functions in CRM
- Need to be able to multitask and determine what order to schedule jobs or projects
- Support company sales functions through product knowledge
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Monitor or track service and project milestones.
- Review records or reports pertaining to activities such as production, monitor work activities, or evaluate performance.
- High school diploma, associates or bachelor’s degree
- Dynamic leader with a proven track record in customer service
- Computer literate, proficient with inventory catalogs and keeping detailed records
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products to include Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Works well under pressure and manages stressful situations with ease with the ability to multitask
- Organized, efficient, and results-driven
- Office management, administrative or assistant experience a plus
- Works directly with customers to schedule service calls and manage technicians schedules
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational, planning and forecasting skills
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages needed
