Job Description:

We're seeking someone who wakes up each morning with boundless enthusiasm to deliver a world-class home-buying experience to families searching for their perfect home. The Online Sales Counselor handles inquiries received via phone calls, emails, web submissions, and chat messages, directing pre-qualified leads to the corresponding sales executive within RNL Homes. The OSC will serve as the primary point of contact and a trusted local market expert in College Station, TX, facilitating connections between potential homebuyers, realtors, and sales executives.
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Build meaningful connections with prospective buyers and/or their realtors by answering questions, guiding them through the discovery process, emphasizing RNL Homes features, community amenities, special attributes, and showcasing available plans and move-in-ready homes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and local market expert in College Station, TX, managing all new leads and serving as a liaison between potential homebuyers, realtors, and sales executives.  
  • Respond promptly to internet leads upon their initial request for information.  
  • Address caller inquiries immediately or within one hour of the initial call.  
  • Engage with chat inquiries in real time during designated business hours.  
  • Use lead management software to effectively manage and nurture lead and realtor relationships through consistent follow-up and maintain continuous engagement.
  • Applying strong prospecting techniques to work with leads until they are ready to advance to the next stage of the sales process.  
  • Coordinate initial appointments between customers (with or without realtors) and Sales Executives.  
  • Develop and oversee email drip/nurture campaigns through CRM.  
  • Foster collaborative relationships with onsite Sales Executives through regular communication, participation in sales/marketing events, and engagement in ongoing training sessions.
  • Stay informed about local markets, real estate laws and regulations, national and local industry trends, proposed government policies, and economic factors affecting the home-buying market. 
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Execute outbound call campaigns to connect with RNL Homes clients and realtors, providing updates on grand openings, sales events, realtor gatherings, model home releases, and more while scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Verify appointments ahead of the scheduled date and coordinate follow-ups with sales executives.
  • Input lead details and follow-up updates into the CRM database.
  • Set UTours and manage signage throughout communities; this is a weekly effort. Field Managers will help you set signage as needed, but you will ensure proper signage is located throughout homes and communities. 
  • Engage with the local community to build relationships and promote brand awareness. You will lead the efforts to create a program that will include a number of philanthropic efforts and events to take place during the calendar year. While this will be a collaborative effort, you will be the leader and will be accountable for planning, coordinating activities, and documenting results of each initiative after its executed.
  • Coordinate and execute events to promote brand awareness in the Broker/Realtor community, showcase the company, and foster relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities, including leads, contacts, and event attendance.
  • Collaborate to create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content through various platforms (Ex. Instagram), maintain the company’s various digital profiles (Ex. LinkedIn, Google Business), You will be managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc) to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.
  • You will be the main point of contact with the third-party marketing agency and will coordinate monthly activity, and will track performance of digital marketing efforts.
  • Create and update home listings through Zillow, RNL’s website, and MLS. 
Qualifications & prerequisites for success

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively connect with prospective buyers across diverse interest levels and personality types.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Always maintains a professional demeanor.
  • Proven closing abilities, including securing appointments and commitments.
  • A collaborative team player with experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with frequent interruptions. 
  • Self-driven and highly capable of working autonomously.
  • At least two years of experience in online sales or internet marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of the residential homebuilding industry or real estate.
  • Limited travel involved; candidates must own or lease a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage. 
  • Proficient computer skills, including expertise with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Capable of uploading photos, editing and managing data, and performing various web-based tasks.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
