Job description:
Fuzzies Burgers’ attention to detail, proprietary ingredients, and passion for excellence earned the title of Best Burger in Baltimore by Baltimore Magazine. We’re hiring a Crew Chief based out of Forest Hill, MD to lead operations across our food truck/trailer locations and support continued growth.
POSITION: Crew Chief (Food Truck/Trailer)

SUMMARY The Crew Chief manages kitchen staff, oversees daily operations, maintains brand standards, and ensures smooth execution at public and private events.
This role is based in Forest Hill, MD and designated off-site locations TBD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control food and labor costs; maintain and report inventory
- Supervise, train, and schedule food truck team
- Enforce food consistency, policies, and sanitation standards
- Support menu specials, guest experience, and mechanical maintenance
- Submit daily recaps (performance, issues, feedback)
- Cover shifts as needed
- Build and maintain relationships at event sites
- Collaborate on event planning and performance tracking
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in a high-volume kitchen or management role
- ServSafe certified in Maryland
- Reliable transportation (towing experience a plus)
- Strong leadership, positive attitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet for long periods

Typical shift hours include:
- Tues–Thurs: 4:30–7:30 PM or 5:00–8:00 PM
- Fri: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, 4:30–7:30 PM or 5:00–8:00 PM
- Sat–Sun: 12:00–8:00 PM
- CLOSED Mondays
Additional opportunities may include:
- Corporate lunches: Tues–Fri, 11:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Weddings and special events: Fri–Sun, 8:00–11:00 PM
The Line Cook will report to the Crew Chief on location.
