About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Document service calls and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
- Stay updated with the latest appliance technology and repair techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools required for repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair preferred.
- Experience in appliance repair or related field.
- Ability to read schematics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.
- Certification from a recognized appliance repair program is a plus.
