- Salary range: $50,000–$55,000
- Full-time position: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends for tradeshows)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or customer service leadership

- Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Skilled in managing crews, calendars, and sales teams
- Willingness to learn forklift operation (certification a plus)
- Proficient in social media platforms to boost brand recognition
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce – a plus)
- Experience in the home service industry – a plus
- Serve as the internal Customer Experience Manager, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all touchpoints
- Oversee and streamline daily office operations
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout their project lifecycle - Promptly respond to new customer leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Monitor customer satisfaction and help resolve issues with urgency and care
- Be a brand ambassador – promote excitement and trust with every interaction
- Manage and attend local networking events to build brand awareness
- Upload before-and-after project photos weekly to Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Page
- Support and execute local marketing strategies and promotions
- Order products and materials for all sold jobs and track their delivery
- Receive inventory and manage incoming shipments
- Continuously strive for 5/5-star ratings through quality service, responsiveness, and follow-through
