About the Position:

Lead the Pack at Scenthound! As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, leading a team, and creating exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do 

·         Drive membership sales and revenue growth by educating customers on the benefits of routine hygiene for dogs 

·         Build and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship for a knowledgeable sales and service team that prioritizes dog wellness and safety

·         Build relationships with dog parents and engage the local community to increase brand awareness 

·         Ensure a safe and positive experience for all dogs and customers 

·         Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence

·         Manage pre-opening sales and marketing campaign to ensure a successful launch 

What We Looking For

·         A proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for team-building and excellent service

·         Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team and connect with customers 

·         A commitment to dog safety and wellness

·         Someone who is coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow

·         Retail or membership-based sales and marketing experience 

·         Experience handling dogs preferred

·         Strength to lift up to 70 pounds; stamina to stand for long periods of time
