Are you a people-person who thrives on solving problems and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building strong customer relationships, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Provide prompt, courteous, and solution-focused support across a variety of customer needs
- Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, product information, billing, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot problems and provide real-time solutions in a clear, professional manner
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, product, etc.) to address customer concerns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and promotions
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer service experience
Who You Are:
- A strong communicator who listens actively and speaks clearly and professionally
- Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help people and build trust
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms, help desk software, or call center tools
- A collaborative team player who brings positivity and accountability to their work
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred (retail, call center, or related field)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate tense situations and remain professional under pressure
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and customer support software

Compensation: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
