Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant. This role oversees daily operations, team performance, and brand standards across two OL'DAYS locations in Manhattan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
- Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
- Oversee inventory management, labor allocation, and utilizes financial analysis to optimize restaurant performance
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
- Handles daily ordering and invoicing at the store level.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
- Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
- Organize, schedule, and supervise team member shifts, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
