- MUST HAVE ACTIVE FLORIDA CHILD CARE DIRECTOR CREDENTIAL
- MUST HAVE at least 2 years experience as the Director of a childcare facility
- CDA minimum is required but a Bachelor's Degree (in ECE/a child related field, business, or marketing is preferred)
- Must have professional teaching experience in a childcare facility or early childhood education program
- Demonstrate business acumen and excellent leadership skills
- Be enthusiastic, creative, adaptable, and organized
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills/characteristics conducive to and suitable for dealing with children, parents, staff, peers, vendors and management
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and be comfortable with various technology platforms
- Work well under pressure
- Satisfy the mandatory physical and background checks as required by the State and company regulations and procedures
- First Aid & CPR certification (Infant/Child & Adult)
Salary Range $4,583 - $5,000 monthly or $53,000 - $60,000 annually.
