Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Customer Engagement Manger to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team, setting, confirming, and rehashing all sales appointments, conducting quality assurance reviews, and managing incoming calls to dispatch to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 to7 years proven experience overseeing inside sales, customer service, or similar role is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Department Management:

  • establishing, leading, and executing plans to increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, and service usage.
  • identify and address situations anticipating potential problems and develop contingency plans to address them, minimizing disruptions to the customer experience
  • motivate, direct, and guide the Customer Engagement team to achieve departmental goals while effectively delegating tasks and providing redirection when necessary
  • establish performance goals for the customer engagement team, provide feedback to team, and conduct performance reviews
  • lead the recruitment and selection process for new team members
Appointment Management:

  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments with potential and existing customers.
  • Rehash appointments to ensure all details are accurate and clear.
  • Follow up on appointments to maximize conversion rates and ensure customer satisfaction,
Customer Communication:

  • Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently, and service as the point of contact to handling escalated calls or situations
  • Perform outbound call campaigns to existing and prospective customers
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Complete Quality assurance calls and schedule rehash appointments
