IT Consultant

Consultant: initial engagement is 2-4 weeks with potential for ongoing optimization and support.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (including case management, Omni-Channel, and Lightning Knowledge)
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda, Lex, and Connect Contact Flows
• Experience fixing call reputation/spam issues (CNAM, STIR/SHAKEN, caller ID registration)
• Expertise in data analytics and reporting (Salesforce reports, AWS metrics, or custom dashboards)
• Experience with CTI integration, preferably with Amazon Connect’s Salesforce Adapter
• Strong communication and documentation skills
