Service Solutions Specialist
- 📞 Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming calls with a warm, professional tone; understand the customer’s needs and offer immediate support or guidance
- 🗓️ Service Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and manage service appointments for both residential and commercial customers, including maintenance plan visits
- 📣 Inside Sales: Identify upsell opportunities, present service packages, and educate customers on available products such as smart leak detectors, water filtration systems, or maintenance memberships
- 📤 Outbound Calls: Follow up with customers on estimates, post-service satisfaction, and maintenance reminders
- 🎯 Marketing Support: Assist with seasonal campaigns, email/SMS follow-ups, review requests, and light social media or CRM support
- đź§ľ Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in CRM, process service agreements, assist with daily office admin operations as needed
- Have 1–3 years of customer service, dispatch, or inside sales experience
- Thrive in a fast-moving office with phones ringing and schedules shifting
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling/CRM platforms (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- Communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- Love creating solutions and taking ownership of a great customer experience
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask with a smile
