✅ Culinary Operations
- Design and execute creative, high-quality menus aligned with the restaurant’s vision
- Oversee daily food preparation, presentation, and consistency across all dishes
- Develop and refine recipes with attention to taste, nutrition, and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards
✅ Kitchen Leadership
- Supervise and train all back-of-house staff including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Lead kitchen team during service, ensuring smooth execution and time management
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations (e.g., ServSafe)
✅ Inventory & Cost Management
- Monitor inventory and ordering of food supplies to minimize waste and maintain quality
- Work within budget guidelines to control food and labor costs
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
✅ Team Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with restaurant managers on menu pricing, seasonal changes, and special events
- Support front-of-house staff with clear communication and unified guest service goals
- Participate in staff meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
✅ Event & Special Function Support
- Plan and prepare meals for events, catering, or large park-based gatherings
- Scale kitchen operations effectively for high-volume days and park festivals
