The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a legal environment, and will be ready to take on a pivotal role in supporting our team and ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization across all departments.
- Manage office staff, including paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement and manage office policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal guidelines.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and managing ordering as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and external partners.
- Ensure office compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and administrative standards, including HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations.
- Support HR-related functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations for office staff.
- Coordinate with senior partners and leadership to implement new initiatives or changes to firm policies.
- Handle any other administrative tasks or projects as required.
Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in office management, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a legal or professional services environment.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.

Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage teams and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite) and legal case management software (e.g., Clio, ProLaw, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal terminology, office procedures, and compliance requirements in a law office setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
