Regional Director
SUMMARY:
SUMMARY:
Develop and lead regional operations for a growing adult day program and transportation agency
1. Empowers teams to execute organizational goals, ensures accountability and the highest standards of care and customer service to clients and families.
2. Drives marketing, referral development, and growth objectives both internally and externally.
3. Develop strong management team including hiring, training, mentoring and development.
4. Responsible for the accurate reconciliation of service data, billing data and financial reporting to CEO and other members of the executive team.
5. Ensures efficient stewardship of operations through expense management, equipment, vehicle and building upkeep and maintenance.
6. Acts as an advocate on behalf of the organization, serving as the primary spokesperson and representative to the disability services community in a given region. Maintains and nurtures memberships with industry groups and peer organizations.
7. Maintains compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the organization and its payors.
8. Perform any other duties related to Empowered Services as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or at least 7 years professional experience in the Human Services Field Senior Living, Healthcare, Sales or some combination of experience.
2. Demonstrated experience leading and growing multi-site book of business.
3. Demonstrated experience leading managers.
4. High Levels of accountability, problem solving, motivation and energy.
5. Criminal Background Check
6. Drug Screen and Physical
7. Driver’s License and Bureau of Motor Vehicle Driver History Review
8. A commitment to providing excellent care and customer service.
9. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, critical thinking skills and creativity.
10. Employee must be physically capable of bending, reaching, transferring, assisting with transfers and lifting people who require physical assistance.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
