We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to service a private school in Downingtown, PA. This is a consistent evening position ideal for someone looking for steady part-time work in a respectful, structured school environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Empty trash and remove bags from classrooms and common areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Wipe down desks, tables, and high-touch surfaces
- Refill soap, paper towels, and other supplies
- Follow daily cleaning checklists and safety protocols
- Ensure building areas are secure before leaving
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry trash and cleaning equipment
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for the duration of the shift
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Required clearances:
- PA State Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- PA State Criminal Background Check
