What You’ll Do as a Personal Caregiver
As a Personal Caregiver / In‑Home Caregiver, you’ll provide one‑on‑one support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Typical responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, including use of gait belts or assistive devices
- Supporting light housekeeping: laundry, tidying, and maintaining a safe environment

Meal preparation and assistance with feeding as needed
- Offering medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Providing companionship: conversation, activities, and emotional support
- Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition to the office
You’ll work primarily in clients’ homes, with varied shift times and activities, depending on client needs.
Caregiver Requirements
We’re looking for a kind, dependable Caregiver who truly wants to make a difference.
Preferred (but not required):
- Current Health Care Aide (HCA) certification or

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
No experience? No problem. We pay for your HCA training, so you can start your career as a professional Caregiver.
Required:
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass:
- Written competency evaluation
- Drug screen
- Nationwide background check
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Honest, energetic, and caring personality with a genuine passion for helping others
If you have experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HCA, Home Health Aide, DSP, resident aide, or similar role, we’d love to talk with you.
