Operations Manager – Home Care
Full-Time | Lawrenceville, GA

We are seeking an Operations Manager who will take ownership of the day-to-day execution of our agency; ensuring clients are staffed, caregivers are supported, and operations run smoothly without disruption.

This role is central to our organization and works closely with leadership to drive performance, improve workflows, and maintain high standards across all areas of care delivery.

This is a performance-driven role with clear accountability and direct impact on the agency’s growth and stability.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 – $15,000 annually

Bonus Structure Includes:

  • Maintaining 95%+ shift coverage
  • Reducing caregiver call-outs and improving reliability

  • Timely onboarding and starting new clients (within 48–72 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own daily scheduling and staffing execution across all client cases
  • Ensure all shifts (home and facility-based) are properly staffed
  • Manage call-outs, coverage gaps, and real-time scheduling adjustments
  • Drive coordination between recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure timely start of care
  • Maintain communication with clients, families, referral partners, and facilities
  • Coordinate with billing and payroll for operational alignment
  • Monitor scheduling trends, service gaps, and workflow efficiency
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with agency standards and regulations
What Success Looks Like

  • 95%+ of shifts consistently covered
  • Call-outs handled proactively with minimal disruption
  • New clients begin care within 48–72 hours
  • Improved caregiver reliability and communication
  • Operations run smoothly without constant escalation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in home care, healthcare operations, or similar fast-paced environment
  • Experience with scheduling, staffing, and caregiver management
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure
  • Experience with home care software (WellSky, ClearCare, etc.) preferred

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed to grow into a Director of Operations position as the agency continues to scale.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
