We are seeking a Tennessee-licensed therapist who wants to provide meaningful outpatient care while working within a collaborative and flexible clinical environment.

What You'll Do
In this position, you will provide assessment and ongoing therapeutic services to clients while maintaining the clinical documentation required for quality care and regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting clinical assessments and determining appropriate diagnoses and treatment approaches
- Developing individualized treatment plans and updating them as client needs evolve
- Providing evidence-informed and creative therapeutic interventions tailored to each client
- Documenting sessions, clinical progress, diagnoses, treatment-plan updates, and other required information within established timelines
- Building positive relationships with clients and providing a high level of service throughout their care
- Working collaboratively with other professionals involved in a client's support system, including case managers, family members, medical providers, educators, employers, and other Ellie team members
- Participating in clinical meetings, training sessions, and other team activities
- Maintaining the expected weekly client volume for full-time clinicians, including a minimum of 27 client visits per week
- Taking on additional clinical or operational responsibilities as appropriate to support the team
What We're Looking For
Applicants should have:
- A master's degree or higher in behavioral science, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
- Current Tennessee clinical licensure appropriate to the position, such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP, or another applicable independent license
- Experience conducting diagnostic assessments and preparing treatment plans and clinical documentation
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- The ability to establish and maintain professional, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Reliable time-management skills and the ability to complete clinical records promptly and accurately
- Experience serving individuals from varied backgrounds and life circumstances
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and electronic health record platforms; experience with Valant is helpful
- Ideally, active credentialing with applicable insurance panels

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
