POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator – Visual Communications to support our Marketing Manager and assist in the execution of day-to-day marketing and design initiatives. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in both marketing and visual communications within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and eager to learn, with a foundational understanding of graphic design and digital marketing. This role will focus on supporting the development of visual content, maintaining brand consistency, and assisting with the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to help bring ideas to life, contribute to ongoing marketing efforts, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks that support overall marketing objectives.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Coordinator – Visual Communications will support the Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design & Visual Content Support
- Assist in executing graphic design and visual communication tasks as directed
- Support the development and production of marketing materials across digital and print platforms
- Create and update visual content while maintaining brand consistency
- Assist in brainstorming and developing concepts for campaigns and promotional materials
Digital Marketing Support
- Create and update content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email communications
- Assist in the design and formatting of email campaigns and digital assets
- Perform routine website updates and ensure content accuracy
Multimedia Support
- Assist in the design and editing of multimedia content, including basic video and animation assets
- Support the creation of visual materials for product promotions, events, and brand initiatives
Marketing Operations & Administrative Support
- Organize and manage assigned tasks to support marketing timelines and objectives
- Update product specification sheets and marketing collateral based on feedback
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other marketing materials
Research & Market Insight Support
- Assist in gathering competitor insights, industry trends, and marketing tactics
- Support the development of competitive analysis documents and marketing research
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe InDesign
- Basic experience with Adobe Lightroom or similar photo-editing tools
Design & Creative Skills
- Ability to support the creation of visual assets for digital and print media
- Understanding of basic design principles (layout, typography, color)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to brand guidelines and visual standards
- Ability to follow direction and translate concepts into visual content
Digital & Marketing Support Skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content formatting
- Basic experience updating website content (CMS experience is a plus)
- Ability to assist with email marketing and digital campaign execution
- Interest in researching competitor activity and market trends
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to support multiple projects
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
· Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and education, as this role is open to a range of skill levels.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
