•  You are primarily looking for a receptionist or traditional front desk position. 
•  You prefer waiting for customers to approach you rather than proactively reaching out. 
• Making outbound sales calls or following up repeatedly with leads makes you uncomfortable.
•  You don't enjoy working toward sales and performance goals.
•  You need someone to continuously tell you what to work on next. 
•  You struggle to keep track of multiple tasks, conversations, texts, calls, and follow-ups at once.

• Follow up with prospective families through phone calls and text messages.
• Schedule trial classes and answer questions about our program.
• Help families choose the membership that's right for them.
• Become a Trial Champion by creating an amazing trial experience and confidently enrolling new members.
• Support member retention by building relationships and providing excellent service.

• Assist with administrative tasks and member requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming center.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning responsibilities.
• Assist with center events, promotions, and special projects.
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team.

•  Weekday mornings: approximately 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
•  Weekday afternoons/evenings: approximately 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM or 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
•  Weekends: approximately 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable talking with parents and confidently asking for the sale.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly.
• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

• Membership sales, inside sales, lead follow-up, or consultative sales experience
•  Boutique fitness, gym, wellness, membership-based business, or other goal-driven environment 
•  Experience making outbound calls and following up with leads 
•  Experience working toward measurable sales/conversion goals 
•  CRM or lead-management experience 
•  Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple platforms quickly
