Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their surgical journey.
- Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and procedures efficiently.
- Provide patients with detailed information about surgical options and post-operative care.
- Assist in managing patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with surgeons and medical staff to optimize patient care.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance patient engagement and outreach.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a patient care or administrative role in a medical setting.
- Strong understanding of plastic surgery procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to travel.
