Regulatory Compliance: Maintain impeccable compliance with state licensing regulations, health, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Education: BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a closely related field.

Proven Leadership: Experience successfully directing an early childhood center, with a strong understanding of QRIS (Keystone STARS) and national accreditation processes.

Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, adept at multitasking, and a strategic, solutions-oriented problem solver.
