Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor account health, track KPIs, and prepare regular client performance reports
- Resolve client concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support business growth
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented professional
