Our growing Medicare insurance agency is looking for compassionate, bilingual professionals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and building lasting relationships. You'll begin as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll learn our business, support our clients, and develop valuable insurance knowledge.
As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to receive training and advance into a Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent, helping clients make important healthcare decisions while building a rewarding long-term career.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional telephone support to our Medicare clients.
- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Build trust and develop lasting relationships with clients.
- Assist clients with account and policy-related needs.
- Work closely with our team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Learn the Medicare insurance industry through hands-on training.
- Prepare for future advancement opportunities within the company.
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume phone environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong listening skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and a collaborative team player.
Preferred
- Experience in Medicare, health insurance, or the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
- Customer service experience in healthcare or financial services is also a plus.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Given the choice between making a living and helping people, Ivonne Welch will always choose the second option as more important. From her humble beginnings as a bilingual secretary in Mexico, to becoming a business owner in California, our founder has always believed that to be true.
It’s no surprise that one of her first jobs after moving to the United States was as an insurance agent. Navigating the Medicare system is quite a confusing process, but even more so for bilingual members whose first language might not be English. That’s when she realized she could be doing so much more by helping fellow immigrants choose Medicare plans.
