JSS Enterprises Inc is looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in Bloomingdale, IL! In this role, you'll be the face of our company — building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional experience to every customer you interact with. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or ticketing software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- The position is for second shift 2-10pm and requires working on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
