Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
Fox Haven Roofing is looking for an experienced, results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our growing call center team. This leadership role is responsible for managing inside sales representatives, driving appointment-setting performance, coaching team members, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with a proven track record of building successful sales teams and achieving measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives and appointment setters.
- Manage daily call center operations, including scheduling, productivity, and performance monitoring.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, contact rates, appointments set, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations to improve individual and team results.
- Develop strategies to increase lead conversion and maximize appointment quality.
- Work closely with the outside sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor CRM activity to ensure accurate lead management, reporting, and follow-up.
- Create a positive, competitive, and motivating team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Analyze reports and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer service standards, and applicable regulations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
