Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries, updates, and renewals
- Process new insurance applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Educate clients on coverage options, policy details, and available products
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system
- Support sales efforts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, client-first attitude with a passion for helping others
