Salesforce Developer with AWS Connect

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Amazon Connect, including CTI/softphone, call routing, IVR, and contact flows.
- Configure Amazon Connect contact flows, Lambda functions, and related AWS services (Lex, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis as needed).
- Implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud Voice or comparable CTI integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues across the Salesforce–AWS stack.
Required Qualifications
- 5–6 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, triggers, integrations).
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS Connect / Amazon Connect.
- Experience with Service Cloud and contact center implementations.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with AWS Lambda and core AWS services.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
- Experience with Service Cloud Voice.
- Based in or near Atlanta, GA (not a hard requirement).

Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
