About the Role:
B5 Investments LLC is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Guest Service Representative (GSR) to join our team in Watsonville, CA! Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive and memorable first impression
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management systems
- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to emails and online inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions, billing, and end-of-shift reporting accurately
Requirements:
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with property management software is a plus
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus given the Watsonville, CA community
