Merry Maids of Columbia is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, supporting our Columbia and Millersville offices.

Primary duties include but are not limited to: Performing general maintenance and repair on vacuums and other equipment.  Maintaining inventory of parts and supplies.  Interior office maintenance.  Responding to customer claims of damage or breakage and resolve issues in a timely manner.  Ensuring proper care and maintenance of company vehicles.  Be aware of and operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.  Conduct quarterly safety meetings.

Skills / Requirements:  3 Years experience as Maintenance Technician, High School degree or equivalent, Basic Computer Skills, Valid drivers license and clean driving record, be able to pass background check and drug screen.
